Nominations for a new Horsham Youth Council are now open.
Horsham Rural City Council is seeking nominations for young people between the ages of 12 and 25 who live, work and study in the municipality.
Horsham Youth Council is an opportunity for young people to make a difference in their local community, while simultaneously gaining real world experience and building their resume and network.
The Youth Council provides a unique opportunity for young people to have a voice in local government, contribute to community projects and develop leadership skills.
Successful applicants will have the chance to engage with council members, participate in decision-making processes and represent the municipality’s youth.
Interested individuals are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. For more information on how to apply, visit the Horsham Rural City Council website or contact the council's youth services team.
