Trees under powerlines to be trimmed

Horsham Rural City Council advises that the Power line clearance program of street trees is currently being undertaken in Horsham.

The pruning will be conducted in accordance with the Energy Safe Victoria’s guidelines to ensure that the trees have the required clearance from power lines.

While the trees are being pruned, Council will ensure that the residents in the area will not be affected.  

The works are due to be completed by the end of June.
