A forward plan that looks ahead at our planned engagement activities for the next quarter is displayed below, covering the period 1 July 2024 to 31 September 2024. Council’s calendar of planned future engagement is subject to change and new inclusions from time to time. This is to ensure a flexible and effective response to the needs of the community, and timely management of any variations in project or program delivery. Council’s engagement activities during Quarter 3 and 4 (1 January to 30 June) are also detailed below.
