Art Matters is a Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) arts support program that enables people living with a disability to build individual capacity through participation in a broad range of art projects. It creates a unique set of skills, pathways and opportunities for people to realise their potential through the arts. Art Matters aim to encourage and facilitate high quality and individualised arts experiences that have profile and impact within the broader community context. Each semester, there will be a coordinated program of Art Matters events within the inclusive Festival Program.
